ARCHAEOLOGICAL CAMPUS - Introduction

Located in the town of Palau-solità i Plegamans, 20 km from Barcelona, the Archaeological Campus is a space where students of all ages can get archaeological practice.

On the campus, there arethree Archaeospaces(replicas of original sites) which help students gain insight into the world of archaeology through a series of activities,which at the same time help them develop teamwork and individual efforts.

With the start-up of this innovative educational tool, the Clos Archaeological Foundation is directly promoting knowledge of ancient Egypt, transforming the students forone day–or at least for a few hours– into the true actors in the work of discovering what an archaeological dig involves.
